Idk how to report him or if it’s possible. People and enforcement just walk by, but in LQA he’s blaring music from his car and ive seen him deal right in front of people, he exercises outside of his SUV, and screams and yells at people at the nearby bus stop. I want to start recording so I can show someone because it’ll be all day blaring music and drug users in my neighborhood
