Anyone gone through the ARCH rental program? How long did the process take?

I was wondering how long it takes to process a ARCH rental application from the date the apartment complex accepts your application.

I was also told they need:

– Most recent tax returns & W-2

– 3 months of pay stubs

Is this all the information they ask for? Did you have to go through someone from ARCH or does someone from the apartment complex reach out to you for the information?
