Family is staying at a house in bellevue for the summer. An important package still hasn’t been delivered. The address has a number in the beginning, then a space, then the street that is is also a number with avenue, then NE. Family was on the phone for two hours with ups. The address was correct but the same issue happened again because they couldn’t find the address. It was sent back to the redmond ups facility again yesterday and now it’s back out for delivery. The package is just about worthless now. Refrigerated medicine that was thousands of dollars is now ruined if it even gets to my family at this point. Should the medicine be shipped another way and not through ups. A regular package I mailed them through the regular postal service got there with no issue. What do we do? Is there another way to write the address?
