Hi, I’m a software engineer here in Seattle. From what I’ve heard from friends and experienced myself, making new friends in this city is not easy. So I built an app to help people connect through events. It has a good event manage system as well as a community for content sharing.
Anyway, I’m going to host a hot pot event because I love it and there’s this amazing place in Bellevue called Liu Yi Shou (εδΈζ) that I’ve been going to. The food is incredible! I talked to them and they agree to give me a little 5% discount plus free VIP room if we get a group together.
So here’s the deal – want to grab hot pot, split the bill, and maybe make some new friends. It’s all-you-can-eat, tons of options, and tastes amazing. Weekday lunch is like $30 per person, dinner’s around $38.
I’m thinking this could be a fun way to test out my app while stuffing our faces with good food. No pressure, just good vibes and hopefully some new connections.
