In a nutshell, my car was totaled by the other drivers insurance company. They sent me a check and towed away my beloved 20year old forester. It had a sticker on it because we live in kitsap and sometimes take trips over the Narrows and its easier(i thought) to have a sticker. Well, i didnt remove the sticker. I noticed my account was getting low, which was weird because i kept 20$ in the g2g account, just in case. So i look online and someone has been regularly using 167 toll roads. As soon as i realized what was going on, i called and asked to be removed from that sti ker as i no longer owned that vehicle. I was just going to eat the chargers. The csr was like,” sure, no problem”. Well its a problem. They did not remove it. I tried doing the dispute thing, but the only information i have i a letter from nationwide. And apparently thats not good enough because it was rejected(my dispute) How do I get this disputed? Please someone help me.
