Anyone know what’s going on with Ian’s Pizza on the Hill?

The Broadway location by Seattle Central. I go there pretty regularly, last time was maybe 10 days ago, and I went by there last night only to find it totally shut down. No lights on inside, all signage taken down including the main business sign on the building, and the interior looked dismantled. There was no info on the storefront about the place closing or being remodeled, etc. no info at all on their website, nothing shows up on google search, and their google business page still says they’re open regular hours. Anyone know what’s going on?
