Anyone know where I can get a free updated COVID-19 vaccination and free flu shot without insurance?

I don’t have health insurance right now and CVS is trying to charge me $299 for an updated Pfizer Covid 19 vaccination and $79 flu vaccination.

Anyone know where and how I can get it for free?
