Anyone recognize this thief?- he’s part of orchestrated group hitting dozens of buildings in Seattle

Anyone recognize this thief? – he poses as a delivery driver to gain access into buildings + clears out mail rooms + collects every single package in front of doors. Please share any + all knowledge you have of this person + any buildings he has broken into. I’m opening a police report on him. He just returned to our building today and tried to force his way in behind tenants. He works w/ a getaway driver that waits outside to pull up and load the packages before taking off.
