Apartment Hunting

Looking for 1b1b apartments.

Priorities:
* Price (have a budget up to 3k allin)

* Preferably not super noisy, but okay with some because from the city

* Unsure importance of central AC, maybe I can just get a portable one?

Currently eyeing:
* Park (but it is by the Bellevue Way NE, slightly loud when visiting) also worried about no AC

* Avalon Apartments (heard it is a good medium and reliable)

* Metro 112 Apartments (seems like good value, but very close to 405)

* 888 Bellevue (seems cramped for price)

Would love people’s opinions on these. I have done so much research on reddit, google, apartments com, etc.
