Apartments in Bellevue downtown

Hello folks,
I got a job at the zon bellevue and I’m looking for a 1b1b. I see bellevue downtonwn has no real bodybuilding gyms. (Tiger Gate being the exception)
Filters :
Budget within 2000/2100 all inclusive (City Square Bellevue is the only one in this range, I guess?)
Should be walkable from Tiger gate gym (15 mins) tops and max 20 mins to Amazon office.
Should have a decent workspace/common area

I understand the budget constraint is huge.
Woud yall suggest looking at Redmond then (Parkside esterra etc?)
