Are places hiring or is it me?

Since May, I’ve been applying pretty much everywhere for anything. From tech work, to city jobs, and now cook positions.

I’m not sure what is going on with the job market? I’ve rewrote my resume several times. I have tons of experience, including being a Veteran from the Navy, and currently enrolled for Software Engineering at my college, going on my 4th year.

Would love for some help or insight of what’s going on with the job market?
