This happened in Fremont earlier this week. We were notified by the daycare that our child wandered away and was found waiting with a woman that was with her own kids. We were also told that this woman emailed the daycare out of concern for the situation. Thank you so much for your care and kindness!
We are trying to get a hold of you, kind person, as we are NOT satisfied with the day care’s account of what happened. When we asked for your contact info and email they stated they “no longer had it”. Which only leaves their account of how long my child was actually not accounted for and what the circumstances were. This raises questions.
Please, if you are or know the kind person who stayed with my child until they were reunited with the caregivers, please DM me here!
QUICK NOTE: While I completely understand the desire to “name and shame” the business, I can’t on good conscience do that without getting to the bottom of what happened. thank you all for your concerns and kind words and I hope to get to the bottom of it. We have already decided to remove her from the daycare. If anyone can screenshot the account I was messaged about on FB (I don’t use FB) please DM it to me! Thanks
