Art scene

Bellevue has a reputation of being a sterile tech worker alternative to Seattle, but I’ll bet there’s a lot of artistic talent. I want to see a rough warehouse with studios, workshops, shows. Is there anything close to that anywhere on East side?

I know the museum closed. Museum art is whole different thing.
