As a restaurant worker or owner, what do you expect with tipping now?

Figure now that we’re a few weeks into the year, what are you all finding to be the new expectation around tipping? For traditional sit down places especially, what % would you expect now?

I’ve seen some places raise prices, some add service fees, and others not change much at all. So now it’s difficult to adjust how I should approach tipping, just wondering how it’s been from your point of view – or is it too early to tell still?
