Went by Federal building at 1 am and the piles of Lime bikes and scooters were still blocking all three vehicle exits (two on Marion, 1 on Madison). Earlier I saw video of a van trying to leave, but the X accounts I was following for updates all went home for the night without saying how the standoff ended.
