Please help identifying this man, this happened in September 2024 Kennedy apartment building u-district, i already filed a police report but the police said they couldn’t do much if they couldn’t identify the man, this has had a long hold on mental health and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help, I am available for any questions and concerns, I believe this video speaks for itself
