To enter the garage you must dial a phone number, then they text you a link to the payment site. But it’s near impossible to get a signal in the garage in order to make that payment. I went in and couldn’t find parking, but couldn’t leave without paying. I pressed the “call” button at the gate, and the Diamond Parking rep told me straight up that I had to pay even if I hadn’t parked. I went to the exit (for cel reception) called the number at the website. She said she could only help if I was at the gate–where cel reception barely worked. Luckily someone was leaving in front of me so I just skipped out before the gate came down. But I can’t believe it’s legal to charge people just for entering and leaving a parking lot.
