Avalon charging ridiculous move-out fees

I just vacated a 1 bedroom apartment at Avalon Esterra Park after 3 years of living there and as part of the “move out estimate” they said something about a $1100 fee for a broken window blind and $700 for cleaning.

Here’s the stupid part. For the life of me I could not understand how the blind was broken. There was one piece with a slightly bent element but how does that translate to 1.1k?! Also, even if it was broken, isn’t this normal wear and tear for a 3 year tenant?

The $700 cleaning fee too seems stupidly high, especially since I opted to have the apartment professionally cleaned… by Avalon themselves for $150 as part of some Clean Sweep option they gave me.

How do I go about disputing this? These apartment complexes are getting out of hand with their money grab tactics.
