AVOID Lemonade renters insurance

I had a fire on June 14 in my apartment and pretty much lost everything. Out of all of the parties involved, Lemonade insurance has been the most DISORGANIZED mess. They keep asking for receipts for things even though I sent them an entire fire with multiple receipts and an itemized list the very next day. They’re taking their time with paying out for my hotel reimbursement. I really wish went with a better company.
