Twice now, I have been tortured with the sound of an ice cream truck driving around Ballard with its song playing, but haven’t been able to track it down. Does anyone have any information about this mysterious truck so that maybe I can find it?
Today, I heard it between 17th and 20th on 60th St around 5:45pm.
