Hey everyone,
If you’re looking for something different to do in Bellevue in early April, the Bellevue International Theatre Festival (BITFest) is happening April 3–5 at Meydenbauer Center Theatre.
It’s a weekend of live theatre with 7 different performances, all very different in style — from intimate storytelling to more visual/physical pieces. Some shows are in different languages, and there’s a mix of comedy, drama, and more experimental work.
The festival opens with Constellations (by Theatre33), and the rest of the lineup includes a range of smaller productions you don’t usually get to see all in one place.
What’s nice is you can:
• just see one show • or make a day of it and see a few back-to-back
They also have festival passes and day passes, which makes it easier if you want to check out multiple shows.
If you’re into theatre (or just want something different from the usual Seattle/Bellevue plans), it’s worth checking out.
