Since July the Bellevue police have been searching for Samuel Hitchcock, the individual connected to the homicide that occurred on Wednesday, July 30. In a joint effort with the United States Marshals Service and the Portland Police Bureau, regional partners arrested Hitchcock near a residential area in Portland.
