Best South American restaurants in Seattle?

I’m expanding my food horizons to South American cuisine, which I haven’t experienced enough of.

I really enjoy Don Lucho’s or a Brazilian rodizio. What other places should I try? Bonus points if you have a favorite dish to recommend!
