Best spots to enjoy Lake views?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for nice spots around Bellevue where I can drive to, park my car, and enjoy a good view of the lake (Lake Washington or Lake Sammamish). Any recommendations?

P.S. I am a new driver, so it shouldn’t be super complicated to travel there.
