Bite of Seattle is dumb!

I am sure the food and experience is delightful but the logistics of it are very dumb. There are 5+ huge refrigerated trucks parked just outside in the neighborhood that run non stop for 3+ days; for the frozen sausages I assume. It’s loud, annoying and very inefficient. None of the other events have this much of gas needs. .
