Buddhism in Seattle

I’m looking to join a Buddhist temple but I’m not sure where to start or where to go around Seattle. I also have bad anxiety and I am super nervous to go by myself. Does anyone have any good suggestions on where to go and how to go by yourself? Looking for suggestions! Thanks!
