Bus Transit service in Bellevue is BS

Such pathetic situation of the local transit here. Where does all the tax payers money go. No proper tracking, I’ve used google maps and the transit app. Both of them can’t give proper times for the bus the delay keeps on increasing. And most of the bus stops barely have a shelter or a place to sit just imagine these apps showing you 5 mins ETA for the bus and you are standing for 50+ mins in the sun(peak summer). Just one word to describe the service- miserable.
