Over the past few months the parking “Woodland Park Picnic Area # 3”.

Has been over run by what appears to be a group of people running a copper wire theft/ stripping operation. Every time I pass by the parking lot there’s more garbage and people participating in stripping down stolen copper wire. More recently an RV has moved in to the parking lot and trash has been spilling into the park. Can anything be done to shoo these criminals away?
