New speed bumps on Phinney Ave N. Why would the city put the bumps in the bike lane? And then why put the break in the middle of the lane? This will cause bikers to swerve out of the bike lane into the car lane which isn’t safe or efficient. Seems like a total miss but I’m not a traffic engineer.
