Car alarm in Columbia City blaring for several hrs

Honda crv driver parked on north side of Edmunds (near PCC and the park) with a “please be patient” sticker…(NO).

If this is your car, please turn off your damn alarm as it has been causing noise pollution (and low grade insanity) for hundreds in the nearby apt complex and homes.
