Is there anyone who lives in the francis ave/ 36th st area in fremont who has been woken up by insanely loud music coming from a small orange honda fit around 2 am on weekend nights for the past month? it’s been driving my partner and i fucking insane and we can’t be the only ones. i’ve called the non emergency hotline to file a noise complaint multiple times to no avail. if anyone else has been dealing with this can we please link up as a neighborhood to to try and stop this when it happens? i’ve tried going out myself and they just stare at me and shake their head when i ask them to turn it down.
