Car Thief

Had my wallet stolen from my car yesterday, attached is a photo of the guy that did it, obtained from a shop he attempted to use my card at – so if anybody is familiar with this guy and knows his name or hangout, I would greatly appreciate the info so I can pass it along to police, not that that will probably do much. Also, looking for an annual national park pass if anybody has one as I will now have quite a bit of cash/gift cards/ID, etc. to replace, and the national park pass seems like one thing that people may use a few times then not plan on using the rest of the year. Appreciate any help ahead of time!
