Cash for jewelry scam is back

Hi all,

Word of warning to be safe out there. A man just flagged me down as I was walking in first hill. He asked if I speak Arabic (I look middle eastern) and tried to establish that connection with me. He said he’s from Dubai with his family (kids were in the back of the car) and offered me his ring in exchange for getting cash from an ATM. I said no I’m sorry and immediately looked it up. Looks like something similar was happening in Bellevue two years ago.

He was driving a large black and grey SUV. Don’t get scammed out there friends.
