Cat found downtown Bellevue

Next to JOE BAE salon suite 104 downtown Bellevue. I have to go to work so idk how to help her. She seems stressed and scared, but looks like she probably has a home. I feel so bad leaving her!! If anyone is around can they take her to check for a chip? I left a voicemail for king county animal services, but idk what else to do.
