Chase for nostalgia! Sourdough Deep Dish.

Hoping someone out there might see this and could offer some guidance…

My absolute favorite pizza growing up in Seattle was Sourdough Deep Dish Pizza in Seattle on the waterfront – I think it was where the Ferris wheel is now in the back of pier 57.

One day I went looking ( typically got it once a month I loved that place) after being gone for a bit and it was gone!

Let’s find the owners, let’s see if we can resurrect the essence and anyone that could lead us to that owner and the thought of another sourdough Deep dish from the original the way the original used to make it.
