Chicken Fried Steak, but where?

My husband has been on the hunt for the city’s best chicken fried steak for years. At one time he was satisfied – Meanders existed in White Center and we gleefully gained all of the weight going there, pre- parenthood and pre- Meanders going tits up. My husband is constantly looking for a nice, big portion. The meat itself can’t be Sysco – style patties. The gravy has to be better than your basic bitch, white gravy from a packet. Bonus points for roasted breakfast potatoes over bland shredded hash browns.

So, who has your favorite CFS? We might be in the burbs, but will travel for soul-satisfying breakfast food.
