Cobblers you really trust

I’m looking for someone to resole my Red Wing boots and I don’t want some schmuck who’s just gonna glue it on or mess up the welt when they’re rebuilding it. Who in the area (or down around Tacoma too) do you trust with all your footwear?

There’s obviously a bunch of trustworthy places online I could send them but I know the wait times on most of them is gonna be absurd and then there’s the cost of shipping.
