Cop in a blue unmarked vehicle drove into the crowd at city hall on cherry street

If you have any footage or plates of this please let me know, I couldn’t get anything as I didn’t have my phone on me.

The officer didn’t honk or have his lights on at all, just drove into the crowd, people narrowly avoiding the vehicle.

I believe this happened around 5-5:30.
