Because last time I posted a photo of him warming people in the area it got taken down. But John Robert Masci is back in the Northgate area he was at my place of wort at 9:45pm. He was wearing a blue shirt black pants and strangely enough had a busted lip. Please be vigilant and on your toes he is seriously mentally disturbed and can be violent when confronted
