Creep outside U District Trader Joe’s Targeting Women

Just got followed and threatened by a man outside U district Trader Joe’s, walking towards intersection of Roosevelt and 45th. Maybe 5’7″, wearing all black including a hoodie. Face was obscured by hair but looked like dark hair and bright blue eyes. He was stepping in front of women walking down the street, putting us between himself and the building. He got in front of me with, I swear to god, the scariest eyes I have ever seen on a person. I told him to “back off, please,” as I squeezed past (please, no lectures about staying silent. I had just watched him do this to a woman in front of me and presumed he was going to keep doing it to other women), which resulted in screamed threats and following me down the block. He left me alone after a minute or so of yelling, but it was pretty terrifying. I called the Trader Joe’s and told them to please inform security. Maybe avoid the area for the next couple of hours if you can.
