Hi everyone, I’m considering leasing at Hyde Square in Bellevue/Crossroads and would love honest feedback from current or past residents.
Main things I’m trying to understand:
- What do you actually pay monthly on top of base rent? Utilities, trash, package fee, parking, insurance, internet, etc.
- How is parking? Is garage/reserved parking worth it?
- Any issues with trash chutes, package room, elevators, or maintenance?
- Are the amenities actually well-maintained — gym, lounges, hot tub/spa, sauna?
- How is noise between units or from upstairs/neighbors/road?
- How responsive is management?
- What were renewal rent increases like?
- Any specific buildings/floors/unit locations to avoid?
- Do the units have AC? If not, are portable AC units allowed? Are window AC units allowed or banned?
- Are fans allowed? Any restrictions on venting a portable AC through the window or balcony door?
- How bad does it get inside during summer heat?
- Which internet providers are actually available in the building/unit?
- Is internet easy to set up before move-in, or do you need building approval/technician access?
- Any mandatory internet provider, activation fee, router fee, or hidden internet-related charge?
I’m moving for work, so day-to-day livability matters a lot. Any honest pros/cons would be super helpful. Thank you!
