Cyclist hit on Pine & 8th on July 17

I was driving on Pike just past 8th Street this past Thursday, July 17 when I saw a car hit a cyclist. The driver got out and there were a number of bystanders on the scene so I didn’t pull over, but have been thinking of it ever since.
