Desperately need doctor who knows about dysautonomia and other systemic illnesses

I normally wouldn’t ask this here but I am in really, really desperate need of finding a doctor and ive had no luck and my primary care isn’t helping either. My dysautonomia has rapidly begun to worsen and almost every day im unable to breathe,chest pain, im out of work and trying to get on disability. I need other diagnoses as well (i 100% have them but I cant find a doctors who can help, MCAS and thoracic outlet syndrome). Im suffering so greatly i cant even get through my daily tasks. PLEASE if anyone can recommend a good doctor for these chronic illneses let me know and THANK YOU.
