Does anybody know where I can get a kitten I found on street spayed/neutered?

Found 2 kittens on the street and wanted to know if anybody knows where I can get them spayed or neutered for cheap as I can’t afford a $1500 neuter/spay atm, PAWS, Seattle Humane society are not doing appointments atm unfortunately. Thanks
