Dog found in downtown Bellevue

I found this medium girl about an hour ago on Bellevue way between the two qfc’s in downtown (second photo shows approximate location) she was very scared running back and forth through the road. She jumped in my car pretty quickly. Her leg fur is tangled but her bangs are trimmed so I don’t think she’s a stray. We will be bringing her to the Bellevue humane society in Factoria tomorrow morning
