It occurs near 108th Ave. SE between SE 3rd St and Main St.. If you reside in the nearby homes, such as Avalone, Belair, Metric, or Bellevue 8 Townhomes, you might have heard it.
I am sharing this because my neighbors tried to locate the source of the noise but were unsuccessful. I managed to find it. It is hard to pinpoint because the dog is kept on a hidden balcony, and it stops making noise when someone gets close.
