Driver throwing trash at pedestrians

Around 11:10PM tonight at the intersection of bellevue way and NE 2nd I watched the driver of this vehicle, unprovoked, throw trash from their car at a small group of SE Asian people waiting to cross the street. This was no mistake, as they had to lob the trash over their car and directly at the people on the sidewalk. The car looked to be full of younger boys, around high school age. In the year 2025, I would hope basic human decency wouldn’t still be a novel concept. If you know the owner of this vehicle, please call them out. Thank you for your time.
