Eastbound I-90, flaming tractor trailer of hay

Driving east near Snoqualmie today at 12:30 traffic was slowing for what I assumed was road construction. It looked like plume of dust. It was in fact a truck pulling a double trailer of hay that looked to have caught fire from the trucks’ own exhaust. It was really an incredible sight as I passed this amazing and quickly growing ball of smoke. Did anyone else witness this?
