Estimate for Rodent damage

City: Seattle, Washington State

Folks, I have got my car(Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue) ‘s check engine light ON sign. I went to dealer and they quoted me $730.

Issue is

Other : EXHAUST OCV EXTENSION HARNESS ENGINE BAY CLEANING/RODENT REMOVAL

Added the video as well for reference. I have a $500 deductible on my comprehensive insurance. Asking for suggestion on next steps.

Pay out of pocket to make sure insurance premium doesn’t increase on Renewal. (I have Lemonade Car Insurance ) Use insurance to file a claim. It’s covered and I spoke with the adjuster. He said I have to pay $500 and rest they will cover. But it may increase my premium. Go to a local place to get this fixed and cleaned. I am not sure if this is a big deal to clean up. I think the Hyundai dealers are charging me more. Please help me out what should I do for a cheaper cost option. Recommend if you have any Repair shops in mind around Bellevue, Seattle , Redmond, everret in Washington state
