Even caught fire heading into Mercer island I-90 east

Just happened, drove past it about 8 minutes ago, then someone’s dog ran out and they started stopping traffic that’s trying to escape the tunnel filled with smoke. Can’t make this shit up. I have videos but can’t seem to upload them
